Angela_Bassett

Angela Evelyn Bassett is an American actor from the United States. Since the late 80s she has been working on film and television. She's received several awards, among them 16 NAACP Image Awards. Bassett was born in New York New York and raised by an aunt living in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett relocated with her older sister St. Petersburg Florida at the age of five in order to be closer to their mother as she was divorced from her father. Bassett was a fan of James Earl Jones in John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men play when she was in high school, and realised that acting is what she wanted to do. Yale University New Haven Connecticut gave her a bachelor's degree (1980), in African American study, and an advanced degree (1983) in the Yale School of Drama. At Yale she came across Courtney B. Vance a fellow actor and the two married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. at Yale's School of Drama. awarded a Master of Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Basssett in the year 1980. The school she attended was the institutions that she attended: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for 7th graders, Azalea Middle School for the 8th and 9th grade in addition to Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett plays Ramonda as one of the main characters in the action-adventure film i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
